At GG Foods, we produce beef jerky with a flavor that hits hard and lingers for a long time. Made in small batches right here in Vilhelmina, our jerky is driven by a love of bold ideas, quality ingredients and the raw beauty of northern Sweden.
I’ve combined my roots in Virginia with my experiences here in Sweden to create flavors that are both familiar and surprising — a true meeting of American spirit and Nordic character.
We use beef from Norrland and mix it with handpicked ingredients such as coffee from Budhas Kafferosteri, cloudberry syrup and lingonberry powder from Glommersbär, and honey from regional beekeepers. Each recipe is built from the ground up to deliver a unique flavor experience — whether it’s a smoky bourbon note, a fiery jalapeño kick, or a Teriyaki twist filled with sweet and savory depth.
